This is a TV Tokyo program born from a plan by Kyotaro Kimura, a producer at Yomuri Advertising, who was in charge of the Toei Fushigi Comedy Series. It was created in response to viewers' requests to see more magical girl tokusatsu works like "Magical Girl Chuka Paipai!", "Pretty Masked Poitrine," and "Three Sisters Chushutorian," which were broadcast on the Fuji TV network from 1981 to 1993.
